37 Upgrade Package, Gen 3 Raptor (2021-current)

Realize the benefits of 37" tires and the longer travel of the 35 trucks at the same time! Our kit for the gen 3 Raptor on 35s is unique in that it allows you to fit larger tires while maintaining the same clearance numbers as a 37PP Raptor and suffering ZERO travel loss unlike the 37 trucks. It provides the perfect amount of lift, with the front lifted 1.25" and the rear lifted 0.9". Essentially what the stock 37PP truck should have been because travel losses are silly. When fully compressed, you will also be adding clearance between the underside of the truck and the ground. If you know how low these trucks get when bottomed out, you'll know more clearance there is very welcomed.

With the installation of this kit, the shocks are also still operating at their designed ride height as well. This has multiple positive results related to bypass positions and the Live Valve algorithm that all translate to the smoothest ride you can get with this amount of lift.

The difference in travel between the 35 and 37 Raptors comes down to the 37 Raptors having a taller bump stop to limit how far into the wheel well the tires go. Our parts replicate that clearance without the downside of losing travel by allowing a little more droop. This all keeps your shocks happy by keeping full range of motion and keeping them within their designed ride height zone.

The kit includes our top hats, shock eyelets, bump stop spacers, and rear spring spacers, and all the hardware needed for installation as well as the tool to install bushings into the shock eyelets. All our parts are designed, tested, and made in the USA.
